Steps to create "Contace Me" form…

Step 1: Go to Emailmeform.com.

Step 2: Click "Signup Now for Free".

Step 3: It will take you to the Signup Form. Fill it all and click "Signup" Button.

After Clicking "Signup" Button, you will see the "Signup Confirmation Message".It look like this.

Step 4: So,please go to your Email account and find the message and click the "Verification Link".

Step 5: After you click the "Verification Link" it will move to the next page.

when you click the link titled "Here" it will take you to the "Form Manager" window.

Step 6: In the "Form Manager" window, click "Add Form" button.

When you click "Add Form" button, a new window will appear.

From the new window you choose "Take Me to the Form Builder.I'd like to create my own Form".

Step 7: Next the "Form Builder" will appear.it look like the below image.

From that window you create your own "Contact Me" Form using the Buttons in the left side of the window.

Step 8: After you create the "Contact Me" Form Click the "Save Form" Button.

when you click the "Save Form" button, a new window will appear

From the new window you choose "Take Me back to the Form Manager". Then the site will take you to the "Form Manager" window.

Step 9: From the "Form Manager" window, you click "Code" as shown in the below image.

Step 10: After you click "Code", a new window will appear in the window, your "Emailmeform ID" and the "Html Code" for the "Contact Me" Form will be given.

From the completion of above step the Creation of Contact Me Form will be finished. Now you have Two options to use the form in your blog.

1. You may copy the Emailmeform ID and put a link at your blog and your visitors click it to go to your form page at www.emailmeform.com.

The Emailmeform ID is look like this : "http://www.emailmeform.com/fid.php?formid=xxxxxxx".

2. Or you may copy the code and paste it on your blog pages to put the form directly on your blogspot pages.
